Dante Confidence Monitor

If installing a BM-A1-64DANTE into a Dante network and problems arise, then the first thing to check is whether the monitor's internal BrooklynII card is configured correctly for the Dante network it is connected to. Below you will find links to resources on the Audinate website that should be consulted first. An extensive range of troubleshooting assistance is provided on the Audinate website, plus the Dante Controller user guide can be downloaded from there.

If further assistance is still necessary then please contact us.

The latest firmware for the BM-A1-64DANTE is also available here (Audinate 'DDM-Ready'), plus the latest firmware for the integral Audinate BrooklynII card. In addition, legacy firmware is also available for download if required. Full install instructions are provided in the Documents section.

Note: Only use the BrooklynII firmware available here for the BM-A1-64DANTE and no other Dante-enabled device.
