The Bel BM-A2-4SHD is a high quality space efficient 2U Audio monitor that provides both SD and HD functionality. This design follows our long held ‘no compromise’ design philosophy and provides versatile monitoring solutions for those operating within both SD and HD environments.

Audio inputs can be selected from any demuxed group from one (1) HDI and one (1) SDI inputs, (4) analogue and (2) AES pairs. Input levels are shown on 4 high-resolution, tri-colour bar graph meters with user adjustable colour transition points & peak-hold facility. Six standard user selectable scales & ballistics are also provided. Analogue input and output levels can be independently adjusted.

The audio source feeding the speakers is provided as a line output and to a headphone front panel socket. High quality magnetically screened speakers are used to provide high SPL audio reproduction with system limiting.

The BM-A2-4SHD also provides alarm facilities for audio over/under level and sustained anti-phase.

An RS232 port provides remote control of all switch and alarm functions.
